At Pressed by Dior, we take pride in providing high-quality press-on nails. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been processed and shipped.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will review the situation and may offer a replacement or store credit if appropriate.

Please ensure your shipping information is correct before placing your order. Pressed by Dior is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
